His NYC credits are Man of La Mancha (National tour THE BARBER) Freedom Riders (Joe Perkins NYMF). Gene is currently in the recording studio working on his first solo EP produced by Swang (Family Stone, Ne-Yo, Shuggie Otis) an EP that he hopes that pays respect to that warm analog, synth, straight to tape sound of Stevie Wonder’s “Music of My Mind” meets a modern pop Pharell sensibility. When not performing theatrical productions or rock bands, he is often booked for solo engagements at Staybridge Suites, Nylo Hotel and the Lotte Palace Hotel, he also performs his own original music with his band at venues such as The Bitter End and Prohibition.
